These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilihots ("jilihots," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilihots online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through jilihots.club (the "Platform"). 3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on jilihots, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to:

4. User Conduct

By using the jilihots Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Engage in any form of fraud, collusion, cheating, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the jilihots Platform.
• Engage in money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or jilihots staff in any manner.
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

jilihots reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts, void transactions, and report conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

jilihots supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), debit card, and direct bank transfer to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your jilihots account are credited upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. jilihots processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, which may vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jilihots will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, jilihots reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. jilihots's decision in such circumstances is final.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the respective game providers and are available upon request. Past game outcomes do not influence future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

jilihots does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilihots's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy

jilihots collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 12. Termination

jilihots reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other conduct that jilihots determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or jilihots itself.

You may close your jilihots account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
